Информация о группе:
Invade родом с Long Island, NY.
Eternal Hope Records.
Как говорят сами участники группы и в музыкальном плане, и в плане текстов на них повлияли такие группы как: Unbroken, Trial, Chokehold, Inside Out. К слову, на концертах они играют каверы на вышеуказанные коллективы.

Тексты:
(01) - "The Beast That Shouted 'I' at The Heart of The World"
Here's to life as we have come to know it,
To be built, sculpted, and force-molded into
Measured by efficiency
Measured by function
Are we dominated by this idea?
Our rites of passage waiting around every corner
Of men and women - made at eighteen
But are we to be damned for being aimless in our twenties?
And question a life of profit?
Only to live long enough to die in it.
A life lived should not be a life spent
(02) "Palette of The Bullshit Artist"
For every pair of misguided hands -
Speaking of loyalty,
Speaking of passion,
Speaking of commitment,
But loyalty isn't rejecting the other side,
And passion isn't who has the whitest knuckles to show.
And you're slipping - seeing the world through hues of red
How high can you place yourself before our world is no longer in sight?
Even if we both hold the same ideals,
We are not the fucking same.
Because I care about the other side -
And those who aren't bound by their beliefs
Mutual empathy for an inteligent community
Humanity assuming god-like roles was never meant to be
Compromise for all and not just a select few
With a guilty heart but well-aware -
That some will never look in the same mirror twice
(03) "Christicillin"
And how can we truthfully say, that we're embracing equality?
Through selective compromise?
Through the marketing of a chauvinist franchise?
We are the one-winged and glass-contained,
Awkwardly walking and religiously restrained.
But where respect and reason lie in shambles, I will exhume.
And where those wisemen of our past left off, I will resume.
Living an entire lifetime in vain
No longer will apathy bind me
And as we plunge downward into the bowels of a decaying earth
We have to realize who we truly are, and what we're truly worth
I won't live an entire lifetime in vain
(04) "Profit Versus Prophet"
Building the masterpiece atop unmarked graves
A tribute to those unworthy to save
Decorate this cross, but desecrate the believer
Smothered into suffocation by the standards of the unexplained intangible
To sterilize and burn clean - into a pure white
The ceramic mask of moral control - A blood-soaked gown of patriarchal might
Overpopulate and mass-produce, and the water that inadherently justifies
In the name of the father, the son, and the holy masochist
Selling the pain of this carpenter's son
A royalty that forcefully governs every life decision
But evidently, a crown of thorns kneels before modern culture's robe of barbed wire
To take this eucharist as the phallic embodiment of salvation
Receiving the communion of castration
And receiving the confirmation of the silver-tongued charlatan
(05) Interlude
(06) "Pawn to Bishop, Then to King"
(This is the part of me that tries to) Turn this circle into an aimless and wave-like line,
Because we are not predestined to live in desolation.
War is man-made and manufactured -
Fabricated ultimatums that cripple and control,
And values that become obsolete for the sake of economic growth.
These 'blessed' grounds that you command us to drink from....
Our harbors and rivers reek of the decay of the penniless
Because they spent more than they had to offer
Crushed, disinfected, disposed of, and cremated under the weight of ambitions.
"In God We Trust" burnt green into the insides of my eyelids.
The collective liars names rot stale in my throat:
Luther, Calvin, and Leo The Tenth
Capitalism in the guise of white Protestantism.
Swallowed by an undercurrent of pseudo-compassionate coexistence
They'll sell you what you don't want to buy with the devil's own persistence
Parasitic wealth-starved zealots who further infect,
Over-convenienced and gorged swollen in order to misdirect
Endeavors that enshroud fascist beginnings
While the fuhrers of totalitarian america -
So eager to trophy their middle-eastern winnings.
But for those of us still barely alive - we're struggling to give
To breathe in intervals based on privilege -
Is not any way that we want to live
(07) "The Riveter"
Venus enslaved by expectations
Bound and strangled by the status quo
Turn these binding chains into a weapon of liberation
So that Lilith can build a life of her own
But this burden is not yours alone -
In bondage, and in solace:
To be betrayed by our fathers -
While our mothers, sisters, and daughters are left to weep
No more subordinates under a reproductive control
No longer will we be forced to break the arms that cradled us while we were young
(08) "On The Back of Every Pole, On The Side of Every Wall"
In the center of all that is grey and unsure, confused and misled -
I'm just another man with another set of ideas and a pen in hand.
And as these layers crack one above the other,
The Claves of accusation are drumming right past my fucking head.
I can only promise to be human and try my best to be aware.
And to my friends and to my peers - who may have thought of me to be someone I wasn't
And on the behalf of all great ideas - this is a pitch black that swallows any leading torch.
Of loveless impulse, and mutual degradation
And now all of these loose ends are becoming knotted and awkwardly webbed.
And who am I to speak when I may contradict?
Is there forgiveness left in this world for a hypocrite?
Following an example told in youth's past,
Make do with what you have, and make sure that this life lasts.
"Race the hazard with the spirit of youth, struggler."
Are these words familiar, or are they mine alone?
Here's to life as we have come to know it,
To be built, sculpted, and force-molded into
Measured by efficiency
